Hello
On 13 November 2021 I was diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy and it is ruptured my tube so gone for tubal removal surgery.
After 2 months we started trying so my LMP was 9th Jan 2022 and ovulation day was 23rd Jan and we tried on that day also. And then I go for my blood HCG level test on 2 Feb which came negative at level less than 2.
My menstrual cycle is 28 days. And according to period tracker my periods should start on 6th Feb but it doesn't.
I wanna know when i have gone for blood pregnancy test after ovulation and Am i pregnant with low HCG level or something I need to worry.

Answer is again the same. Nothing is 100% perfect in Medical practice. 6 February doesn't mean that we start getting worried at the midnight of 6 February. Give some leverage.
Similarly every lady will not become pregnant every time she has intercourse on the appropriate date.
Unfortunately with the same philosophy Doctors in India get beaten at the hands of unscrupulous patients.
The timing of the bhcg was wrong
Since last period was on 9
Go fr a pregnancy test on 10 if u skip ur perids
I understand that u hv a 28 day cycle
So the test on 2 Feb wud be wrongly timed n wud be negative fr pregnancy
Next Steps
wait till 9
if u get Ur period ur not pregnant
if u skip them bhcg
more than 100 I'd confirmatory for pregnancy
To know you have ovulated good to do a follicular study or use the ovulation kits? Follicular study is reliable to know you have ovulated ? Need to consult.
