Ovarian cyst is a fluid collection in the ovary. Often get suppressed with medications. If not Laparoscopy and cystectomy is done.
Ectopic pregnancy is pregnancy in tubes or ovaries ( outside the uterine cavity). This is an emergency if ruptured but can be diagnosed if early scan done.
Ovarian cyst and ectopic are two very different entities.
Bleeding after surgery depends on medication taken after surgery.
