Pregnancy and weight gain
Hello, im 31 weeks pregnant. My recent doppler study was normal and baby growth is also normal . Sugar, thryoid everything is normal. I used to weigh 59 before pregnancy and height is 5'4". My hunger is like normal. My question - i have gained 4.5kg only until now and nor any changes in breast or anywhere. Is that a problem that im not gaining weight and will there be issues in breastfeeding? Gynae said normally people gain more than 10kgs

Yes. Normally patients gain 8-10 kg of weight. But when they don't gain weight then we worry because this lack of gain weight signifies poor growth and weight gain of baby. But in your case baby is gaining weight. So we should not worry.
