My wife had a D&C in her 10th week (our first child). Now two months have passed. Can we try for our next child or should we go for a medical consultation first ?? What precautions should we take during trying for next one ??

Would like to know the reason for termination of pregnancy in the first pregnancy. Based on that I would like to answer your question regarding precautions to be taken before the next child. This is with regards to any further evaluation/ tests required for both of you, as well as any further medications required before trying. As far as d and c is concerned this time period is sufficient before starting to try.
Next Steps
Get in touch with me, if you wish to, with further details regarding the previous pregnancy
