I'll be trying to get pregnant in some month, my height is 5'5 and current weight is 73 . How much weight do i need to reduce? Pls help

According to your height your ideal weight should be 61 kg .You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.Avoid outside foods completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

So basically reduce weight around 5 kg but with good amt of nutririon like proteins ,good fats and fibres which will help You to conceive smoothly as your focus should be increase your fitness. n healthy
