Height , strength

My height is stuck on 5'5" and its not well as my strength no matter how much I eat I am thin and weak please help me out doctor

Hi welcome - I can see your age is yet to grow. So take enough good quality protein three types <1> Animal/Organic -ex- fish 100 gm , 2 egg whole, some times chicken, leg pc. <2> cereals,legumes, like pulses all, sprouts,mix vegetables etc. <3> plenty of milk products like cream paneer, curd,puddings, kheer, sweets, cheese, rasmalai etc, Apart from you should have well planned diet with some stretching exercises. You can come & meet me as I am in same city or bettr if you are more concerened then get a personilsed diet chart with a good supplee with right doses.
