Hi doc, I recently came to know that I am dealing with pre diabetic stage, it is very early age to come so, I have joined in a gym to reduce my weight please suggest me some guidance to reverse my pre diabetic to normal range.

30 to 45 minutes of exercise everyday preferably after warm up reduce carbohydrate only 30% and have periodical check up
