I am 10 weeks pragnent.From last 2 days I have spotting. Do USG and Dr said I have small SCH at lower pole and ask for complete bed rest.how much time I have to lie down on bed ?can I sit for a while? And how long I will bleed? Last USG report 06/11/2023 CRL-28 mm MSD-46 mm YOLK SAC-4 mm FHR-186/minute 9WEEKS 5 DAYS

Spotting might be there for another 5-7 days . You might have to take a follow up scan next week if bleeding or spotting doesn’t stop. If any medications have been given to you ,continue taking them. Avoid sitting for long periods.

When you are advised complete bed rest this means you have to avoid anything that gives you a pelvic jerk generally the hematoma resolves with rest and progesterone support

Yes you can sit . Avoid heavy work. You can do your simple daily activities as well.
