I have little pink spotting in 10 w 4 d. My 8 weeks eps was fine and FHR was 173. Is it something to worry about it?

Get ur USG done... Start tab progesterone and even u can take injection HCG 5000 IU weekly for 2 week... It will help to  support ur placenta
