Blood spot in 10 weeks
Hello. I am 10 weeks Pregnant and was only taking folic acid and multivitamin tablet .. just yesterday I got some spot bleeding at night... And after that it's did not happened...is it can be  normal and I am still be conceiving ? My pregnancy is still continue? I am really getting scared and tensed.. my doc suggested me to take Duphaston 10 mg for 2 times 10 days.. can everything will be become Normal again ?

Yes in addition to Duphaston take Capsule Susten 200 mg vaginum pessary twice a day for 2 weeks Continue Fol 123 Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Strict bedrest for 48 hours till after bleeding stops
Next Steps
Sleep in left lateral position for 2 hours at afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime for improvement of blood flow to baby Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple Take A boiled egg daily Take plenty of water and fruits juice
Health Tips
Get NT scan done at 12-13 weeks after 2 weeks to look for any subchorionic collections
