Hi doctor I am going to gym two years IAM fully fit muscle fully developed now my friend completed fittness coaching so he  checked my posture he told upper is nice but lower little bit not ok u should correct posture talk to physiotherapy we can correct posture it is possible

Postural correction can be done with some exercises But for that u need to consult a physiotherapist who will first thoroughly assess your posture and then recommend any form of exercises that will be required

Yeah..it is possible to correct posture. For the same you will have to visit your physiotherapist, he/she will assess you in detail and give you appropriate advice and exercises to be done
