Cannot fully flex knee,
I am having medial meniscuz tear can the knee be unlocked by physio i am not able to fully extend my my mri says intrasubstance acl tear and complex tear of medial meniscus

If Ligaments are completely tested then you need surgery.If not completely ruptured then give rest to your knee joint.Use knee caps while walking.Use Hot Pack to deuce pain and relax muscles. Visit the Physiotherapist for the post Surgery rehabilitation ,complete range of motion in case of complete tear and rehabilitation and pain reliving in case of partial tear. Thanks Dr .
