Hi
Did you have a C section? Sometimes after a C section u tend to have UTI? Medicines and antibiotics are a definite yes at this stage to combat the illness soon as the baby also needs to be taken care of.
If you do not have gastritis squeeze the juice of 1 lemon in a litre of freshly boiled water and keep sipping this water through the day.
Eat fruits like watermelon, orange and keep eating cucumber atleast three times a day.
This will flush off the toxins to some extent.
Drink also hot water from boiling rice to which 1/2 tsp of butter is added
