Post partum belly fat reduction
Can you please suggest some remedies to lose post partum belly fat? I am also not able to wait longer when i have to go to urine.. any remedies for that?

Breast feeding is another thing which helps you burn lots of calories. You should eat small frequent meals,  but no fried stuff and no fast food.
