Mam, I am 31 year old women having 2 kids (1st one is 6yrs and 2nd one is 6 months). Both delivery was C-Section. Need your opinion how to reduce belly post pregnancy. Please suggest any belt to wear.

Hello..
You need to reduce intake of high calorie food..
Avoid sweets, potatoes, fried items etc
Eat small meals at regular intervals
Can eat oats , porridge, dry fruits, fruits, curd, cottage cheese , upma , egg , fish , dal , green vegetables etc
Do regular exercises..
Daily brisk walk for 30 minutes..
Belt won’t be of much help..
