How to reduce weight post delivery
Hi doc! I was 82kg during pregnancy and during pregnancy was 87 ,post delivery I was 75kg after 6 months present im 89kg I'm 5'2 feet and presently on thyronorm 37.5mcg I was having gestational diabetes during pregnancy and was controlled on diet How can I reduce weight to be fit and let me know the diet or exercise please I'm directly breastfeeding my 203 days old daughter with complementary feeding solids

There is no magic diet or activity that will make you lose weight. Be consistent. Calorie deficit and physical exercise is the way to do it. Thyroid and diabtetes can cause weight gain. Make sure they are under control.

The only way to lose weight would be to exercise and maintain a calorie deficit diet For a diet plan you can connect with a dietitian Walk 10000 steps everyday maintain a food diary and count your calories avoid sweet and ghee

Calories restriction would make you feel tired. You should try exercise, yoga for weight reduction. Get your sugar levels and thyroid levels checked
