Hi, Post delivery you should try going for a normal balanced diet enriched with all nutrients and micronutrients which are also necessary for baby if on mother feed. Incorporate lots of fruits and vegetables , dairies. Have loadz of water. Prefer small meals at regular intetvals. If you have recovered from your pregnancy you can start up with a normal walk and increase the pace gradually as accepted by the body. Stick to the rules and you will definitely loose weight. #Cut back on sugars and starches. #Eat protein, good fat and vegetables. #Drink more water #Choose small meals. #Use small plates. #Take good sleep.
