Brownish discharge after 6 weeks of cesarean  is not normal you need an ultrasound to find out the reason

It is a little more than normal discharge. Six weeks after delivery or Caesarean the vaginal discharge completely dries up. So spoiling 3-4 panty liners is excessive discharge. You should get a sonography done. You should have a physical examination including a speculum examination and appropriate treatment started.
