Polycystic Ovaries
Hello, I am a 32 year old and randomly I have done my TVS ultrasound and got to know I have polycystic ovaries and (ovaries size showing Right volume 2.43cc and left ovaries volume is 9.06 )but I don't have any symptoms like irregular period or ache or hair growth. And now planning for kid, can I conceive naturally?Is there any problem with me I have to take any treatment for that? Please advise me

Yes u can concieve naturally. There are various factors involved in having a successful pregnancy. Just having this finding in usg doesnt make the diagnosis of pcos.

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 onwards every alternate day With morning sample fasting urine . If ovulation is evidenced by 2 lines then practise intercourses for three consecutive nights as follows. Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 Hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
