The clinical picture is variable, but classically the patient has oligomenorrhoea which becomes increasingly severe and finally gives place to amenorrhoea.Infertility,as a result of non ovulation, is a common presenting feature.Hirsutism may be marked and be the main reasion for the patient seeking medical advice.Evidence of more marked virilization, apart from slight enargement of the clitoris,is uncommon.A proportion of patients is obese.Essential of the diagnosis is the presenvce of polycystic enlarged ovaries, but this may not be detectable by physical examination.
Next Steps
I sugest the consult homoeo Doctor and  Homoeo medicines treatment the best.
Health Tips
In view of the uncertain aetiology of the PCO syndrome, treatment is controversial.Wedge resection of the ovaries provides the most effective treatment in terms of restoration of ovulatory menstruation and fertility. total discus short.Thanks,05/12/2016.
