Polycystic ovaries syndro
I m suffering from PCOS n my periods r nevr regular..comes once in 3-4 months.. Currently taking APCOD since 8 months bt no improvement is seen in my periods.. kindly tell me if dre is any prblm ahead or else how I vl be cured from disease

Hello APCOD contains vitamin D , polycystic ovarian disease is due to harmonal imbalance , its long term problem , don't resolve in one few months , you have to consult gynaecologist for medication ,if your heavy ,you shed some kilos. Exercise daily , have nutritious food , Oral contracepive pils are used to regularise periods .
