Sneezing is ok in one month old baby. You can use Saline Nasal drops on sos basis. Occasional cough does not require any medicine. If cough is persistent, please visit a pediatrician. There is an epidemic of Bronchiolitis going on now . That can be dangerous in an one month old baby.
