I was having cough and cold and fever for the past 3-4 days. I did a cbc test. Report attached. Pls check if its ok. Dengue and malaria is negative. I am worried about the comments in the cbc report.

Slight elevation of neutrophils may be due to infection during fever.

Report is ok. Nothing to worry. Some values are deranged due to your recent infection/ inflammation, which will come back to normal once your infection subsides.
Comments in the report are written based on deranged values. Once all values come in normal range , comment will also be ok.
Repeat CBC after 5-7 days to confirm.
