Hello all, I want to know that I am non diabetic person. Can I take sugar free chawanprash. Also I request you to suggest protien powder, because my diet is not good.

In case of non diabetic you can take normal chawanprash.Don't opt for sugar free. Natural sources of protein are better. For considering other parameters please reach out through practo app for consultation.

It’s not a good idea to take protein randomly.. would like to know what you eat throughout the day.. so we can add protein powder accordingly to meet the requirement

You can take normal chawanprash. No need to have sugar free Also, You can buy baidyanath chawanprash. Apart from this, if you do not have a gut health issue then you can opt for my protein whey concentrate powder but in any case if you're suffering with any gut issues please connect before buying.

U can select mixed millet powder as malt drink with salt and cut veg raw or cooked or with buttermilk . Milk buttermilk curds are best protein providing source. Eggs, wholegram as greengram provides protein
