At this time , healthy diet , lifestyle changes exercise for 30 minutes a day, avoiding fatty oily food,using fresh fruits and vegetables, consuming enough water will be sufficient.As his triglycerides level is slightly elevated ,use omega l000 mg daily once for a few months.Repeat his lipid profile tests after 3 months ,if the values are still high , pharmacological treatment may be required.
