I have attached the report. For this, doctor has prescribed me with (Razo D at night and Nexpro L in the morning for 10 days). I am having severe gas along with chronic constipation as well from many years. Then many times i have On and Off diarrhea as well. What other medicines must i be prescribed?
Is there any bacterial infection like h pylori or something else? I have high Eosinophila consistently in blood reports as well. Please tell me the next course of action. Thanks.

But your symptoms suggest IBS.
MEDICINES provide temporary relief. Diet and lifestyle changes are main treatment
