Yes this is point of concern.. It's a type of hernia while fundus part of ur stomach invade near to esophageal opening... This happened while having issue with long standing gastritis issue.. You should avoid oily spicy junk food. Eat small frequent meal If pain is severe , you need to visit a general surgeon.
