Hello. Count is normal ,but motility is less. IUI may help with that .

This report shows that the count is normal but motility is on lower side. However it cannot be concluded before 2 repeat sample with 3 month gap. If your motility is low then IUI is the preferred treatment of choice.
Next Steps
take healthy diet. Avoid smoking , alcohol if any...Don't use laptop or phone near your lap.
