A missed period for 7 days with two negative urine tests usually means a delayed cycle rather than pregnancy. But a test this early can still be wrong, especially with ongoing bleeding and stomach pain.
Next Steps
Repeat the pregnancy test after 3 days if the period still hasn't started. Please see a gynaecologist this week for an examination and a pelvic ultrasound, since bleeding with stomach pain needs to be checked for early pregnancy problems like miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

Go to the emergency department right away if the pain gets severe, you feel dizzy or faint, or the bleeding becomes heavy.
