Please help
Since last evening my left arm till shoulder and a little above shoulder too, left side jaw was feeling strange, tired, my heartbeat was fast and I was feeling restless and anxious and faced difficulty to sleep. My mouth is also dry since 2-3 days. ( All these things are still there but not much ) Please tell me what is happening and what can I do for it. I want to deal with it.
