Can you please explain how I can get thicker body? I'm 5'6 almost and weigh 120 lbs.I easily get thin if I skip a meal or two.But considering my body structure, I just wanted to thicker in upper body especially.Planning to do aerobics with recommended diet uptake.Can you please list some must-eat foods for weight gain?Is milk+turmeric good?
