Platelet fluactuates in dengue in 10 day
My 34yrs old wife detected dengue on 22 oct 2017. She hospitalized same day. Initially platelets counts 1.76 lacs, now she has no Fever, but having bp 110/70. & weakness. Platelets is fluactuating in orderorder day by day : 1.13, 0.99, 1.07, 0.92, 0.91, 1.04,and today 30 Oct 2017, again down to 0.80 lacs. Please suggest that this fluctuations is normal or need to move on another hospital for better care. Fever is not coming since last 4 days, and having weakness. Dieat is not proper. Pl suggest

Please don't do platelets frequently. Take plenty of Kiwi fruit and green vegetables juice and regular morning walk if possible in Sunlight. If no fever or no symptoms nothing to worry
