Plaque on tooth
I am having plaque on my tooth surface from last 15 days and it never happened to me... Plz suggest me some paste, mouthwash or anything which can help to remove plaque permanently.

Get a scaling done....to remove this layer. Post that maintain your teeth by brushing twice...n rinsing after every meal

There is no permanent way to remove plaque permanently because once you remove it, it will again form firstly go for scaling atlst once a year, brush twice a day and rinse your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Use mouth wash twice daily after brushing it will control the formation of plaque.

Due to sticky food or drinking milk at night can cause more plaque . You can try DENTACLEAN Toothpaste. It may help .
