Plaque in teeths
I have plaques in teeths. Could you tell me which toothpaste I need to use to remove plaques. Also can you tell me what is the reason why plaques comes in the teeths. So that I can avoid it in the future which toothpaste is the best

Toothpaste alone doesn't cure the problem. Plaque accumulation can be due to improper brushing technique or poor oral hygeine maintenance.

Do proper brushing techniques, practice good oral hygiene.  If stains are there go for cleaning.  Ask your dentist for brushing techniques

No tooth paste will help.Plaque has to be removed professionally by going to the dentist using ultrasonic instrument.After that polishing shall be done.Brush at least twice a day using soft brush in vertical motion and horizontally on occlusal surface.All tooth paste are the same..it is the technique which matters the most.
