Plantar fascitis
Severe pain in left heel while walking since last 4 months. Especially hurts after walking up in the morning. Feet always feels tired. Stretching exercises only give temporary relief. I also go to the gym, post work out, it always feels better but during work out, it hurts a lot.

If the pain is not going away with otc pain medication and stretching exercises,  you need to meet an orthopaedic doctor for further medication.  It will also be advisable to get your vitamin and uric acid levels checked
