Plague and bad smell from mouth
Can I brush with baking soda to whiten the teeth or to remove plague,if yes then how many days in a week??

I wouldn’t recommend you using baking soda to teeth whitening as it is highly abrasive it will wear the enamel layer of tooth gradually . This may leads to more discolouration, sensitivity like symptoms .
