And my doctor advised a planned C section delivery in 36 or 37 weeks in these weeks can help avoid bleeding in planned 36 or 37 weeks c section

What were the ultrasound findings in the previous scans? Surely you would have had many scans in the last 35 weeks.
Secondly is it Anterior or Posterior placenta previa?
Thirdly is it your first pregnancy or have you had any previous Caesarean ?

If placenta previa persists at 36 weeks you should definitely undergo a cesarean section after 37 completed weeks
Because if you go in labour the placenta will bleed profusely risking your and the babies life
