Pitta imbalance
Dear doc Im having pitta imbalance as im a sales person i have to go out in the sun in hot weather .stress and tension is also there. I feel hungry all the time . Non spicy and oily foods seems to be beneficial but in empty stomach i feel irritated and uncomfortable. Premature grey hair .dark circles .dry mouth and lips. are also there.Is there any herb or kashayam i can take to regualte this .

Using butter in food helps a lot. drinking drygrapes and coriander seeds added boiled water along with food help too.. application of edible coconut oil mildly to whole body before cold water bath also helps
