It usually implicates that the nerve supplying at area of face is irritated by any cause
Sometimes may not be relevant
Sometimes it indicates major issues
Like impending herpez infection, harbinger of stroke, Tumor in brain etc
So it is persistent and progressive u need to meet a neurologist
This may be due to some neurological problems or deficiencies
So take some bcomplex tablets for few days if it is not getting well with this please consult a internist or neurophysician near by you
You have to see a neurologist for this. But you are very young and having BP problem you should be investigated fully
Get your CBC ,RFT, blood sugar fasting and pp Lipid profile, Urine routine and Ultrasound whole abdomen done.
See a general physician also for routine check-up and guidance.
