Pins and needles
I've been feeling needle-like pain in different parts of my body like hands, arms, head and chest. Couldn't figure out the reason. All my reports turned out to be fine. Been trouble breathing and sleeping as well. What could be the reason? Is it anything serious?

Are you on any medications? How is your diet? Vegetarian/ Non vegetarian? Also, is there any recent stress/ thoughts that is troubling you? needle like pain can be due to many reasons, vitamin deficiency, poor posture etc It should be evaluated. Trouble breathing & sleeping can be related to stress / anxiety. Try doing some exercises, walking for 15-20 mins, specially before sleeping.

Pins and needles like sensation in extremities can be a sign of neuropathy. And one of the main causes we see today is bit b12 deficiency. Get your bit b12 checked. If the levels are low you need to consult a doctor for supplementation. Another cause is diabetes. Get your 3 months sugar hba1c checked.
Next Steps
These 2 investigations are enough for now.
