Does vacutainer Needle jams or clot after single use for withdrawing blood, i have given blood sample for by vacutainer needle but blood doesn't come initially,it come after technician try 2 to 3 times now i am afraid whether it was refused

This happens time to time. Don't worry. Can happen due to difficulty in finding the proper vein/ the technique of the person.
While needles get jammed after used once, we can't draw the conclusion that it was the reason it took 2-3 times.
Maybe the needle missed a vein, when attempt is made to draw blood. Once a vein is pricked on side or inadequate blood does not come out, then another vein is tried to withdraw blood.
see if blod clot or hemolysis and still they give reports than report will be not par or false negative reports it depends from lab to lab ,if your blood is clot than they will say clotted need blood again otherwise it qill not be the issue
