First of all if you have gas ,acidity , constipation that should not occur. Try to include lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Introduce curd and chach with jeera powder on a regular basis in.

Hello dear don't worry Take Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with water after meals,Tab Piles 2 bid, apply Jatyadi ghrit/pilex oint (Himalaya) bid, isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm water or milk
