Piles problem.
Because of piles problem he has stopped eating food he eat only once a day very limited. Need proper guidence and dite plan for my father.

U r 60, stopping food is not a solution for piles.As a instant relief take as much as groundnuts in ur one hand and close fingires.Eat them all slowly.After eating take  60℅ glass water put 4/5 imli in it for 2/3 hours.Squeeze imli in that water.Drink this water immediately after eating all groundnuts.Do it every alternate day for a week. Let me know then we can start ,Ayurveda Medicines+Panchkarma for 6 months to 1 year can cure from it completely.

Hi..... Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day..... Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding. Consult surgeon....
