Piles, mother of 3 month baby
Can I eat Harad for piles, I have 3 months baby, will it affect my milk supply? And does injection treatment of piles is effective? And what will be price from high to low for injection treatment..pls pls let me know urgent

You can have....it will not affect milk supply..piles  can be cured by ayurvedic medicines..

Taking harad might not help you completely, will suggest you medication for piles , if it's in grade 1 or 2, it would resolve with medication only, consult me online

It is very common to have piles or anal fissure after delivery in females. Harad can be taken but in small amounts. You should take Trifla guggul twice a day instead.

You should eat curd daily in your lunch along with salads to increase your fibre intake. You should apply jatyadi tailam or coconut oil on the affected area.

Eat fiber rich diet Keep your body hydrated Avoid constipation. Avoid injections when you are breastfeeding atleast till she is 6 months old .

If harad is helpful in your piles, you can take it. Infact, harad helps in cleansing the Mother's milk. Its also good incase your baby is having Constipation. Hence, having in small quantity if fine.
Health Tips
If you or your child is having Hot bodytype (lots of sweat, rashes, burning sensation)etc, then Harad may not be Suitable.
