Piles( Haemorrhoids)
I have piles, it's been a week now,I got medicines from the local drug store,but it's showing no signs of going down,the pains are still increasing and the anal outgrowth still growing, pleaseI need help with the medicine to take.

Haemorrhoids (Piles) arise from congestion of the internal and external venous plexuses around the anal canal. They are extremely common in adults. They are associated with constipation. Don't worry, Take Decoction of fresh Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia), Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabera), anjeer Draksha at morning, Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water, Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water,Sat Isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm milk or water, Apply Jatyadi ghrit or oil in anus,Arshoghni Vati 2 tabs bid

Start proper Ayurveda medicine.. To get rid of this problem permanently without any side effects  . Do sitz bath twice daily.. Avoid drinking and smoking.. Avoid spicy foods.. Use ring cushion.. Watch for constipation
