Piles haemmorhoids
I have haemmorhoids since 5 years. More like two lumps outside the anus.
For some time they are fine for months then after a hard stool they bleed and get healed.
Today even after a soft stool i had too much bleeding twice on the haemmorhoids with small blood clots.
This is for the first time that i have seen blood clots.
What does it indicate?
And is it possible to shrink haemmorhoids through and medication or only surgery is the option.
Kindly explain.

A lot of my grade 2 to grade 4 hemorrhoids patient have cured .
1st try homeopathy, if you will not cured ,then you can do surgery.
