Piles and fissure
I have piles since almost 7-8 years but was very minor and never bother in all these years. However since last 4 months something has changed and it has increased drastically. I have tried every lifestyle change and diet management, exercise. Also took allopathic and ayurvedic treatment but nothing seems to be working and pain, swelling has become an everyday thing now... can't take it anymore. I have been advised to undergo surgery but I want to know, Can 4th grade piles be treated with homeopathic treatment ???

For some people it will get cured. For some people it will not go off completely. I suggest you to take treatment for 3 months. I promise there will be sure betterment. If there is not we will go for a surgery which in most cases will not be needed

You would definitely get symptomatic relief with Homeopathy. 4th grade piles is usually an advanced form and may not always vanish. Surgery will take those off but doesn’t take away the tendency of recurrence. My suggestion would be to start Homeopathy initially and surgery can be kept an option, if at all needed later.
