Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure not PILES. In Piles painless bleeding is main symptom while Pain in anal region while passing stool is symptom of Anal Fissure. You should take sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan powder in anal canal 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal canal in night.
