Hi, Dealing with a phobia of eating and sleeping can be incredibly challenging, as these are essential activities for maintaining health and well-being. The constant fear of something bad happening during these activities can create a persistent state of anxiety, making it difficult to function normally. It's important to recognize that these fears, while very real to you, can be addressed with the right support and treatment. Seeking help from a mental health professional, such as a psychologist or psychiatrist, can be a crucial step. They can provide therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you understand and manage your fears, and possibly prescribe medication if necessary to reduce anxiety symptoms. Additionally, support from friends and family, relaxation techniques, and gradually facing your fears in a controlled and safe manner can also be beneficial.
