Hello. Very Good morning. First of all, if the Dog is vaccinated, then there is no need for antirabies vaccination. However the schedule is Day 0, 3, 14, 28th days. 90th day dose is optional you. Doesn't matter if you don't have it. If the Dog is alive for more than 10 days after keeping a close watch ,  then further vaccination is not usually required. That's the way it is. You should wash the wound thoroughlly with any soap for atleast 2-5 minutes which is mandatory. Apply ointment soframycin on the minor wound & keep the wound site open and no Dressing. Just go and wash your wound with soap. Regards.
